3- During meeting with experts:

  • Medical Experts often have only one opportunity to collect all the information they need to complete your  independent medical report during the appointment; for this reason, it would be helpful if you provided them with the following information, along with corresponding dates:
  1. Any previous accident details
  2. Time-off work due to previous accidents

  4. Injuries told to the expert during the examination will only be included in the medical report, hence, do not  omit to mention any injury you have  suffered from in the recent accident

  • Unless the injuries you sustained are complex, the appointment is likely to last for 20 minutes. The examination is completely based on the injuries which may require an expert to remove some of your top-cloths to examine your physical injuries and to ensure that information provided by you are accurately recorded, expert may use some form of gadgets to do so.
  • It is to believe that medical experts will not give any medical treatment during or after examining the claimant so it is advised that the claimant must contact the GP or hospital in case of treatment is required by the claimant.
